A book titled Everything Changes by journalist and lifestyle writer Sreemoyee Piu Kundu is going to be launched on September 29 at The Park, Sansad Marg, New Delhi. The book is published by Bloomsbury India.
During the launch, Sreemoyee will be in conversation with journalist and author Kaveree Bamzai, and will provide a glimpse into the significant perspectives that have shaped her journey as a woman. Artist Adil Hussain will be reading an excerpt from the book.
Within the pages of Everything Changes, the author, who is now 45 years old, reflects on her life, delving into various facets such as her upbringing, family dynamics, friendships, romantic experiences, and her career in journalism.
“Everything Changes reflects the tumultuous storms that have punctuated my life’s journey, as I went on searching for my real, inner self, trying to discover myself and cope with the shocking suicide of my biological father when I was only four years old, not able to understand or realise the silence and stigma that confronts survivor families, and becomes attuned to the rhythm of resilience,” says Sreemoyee.
The distinctive and emotionally-resonant narrative style, that is present in Sreemoyee’s other works, also dictates the story of this book. Her previous works have garnered significant acclaim for their profound exploration of current societal concerns. Everything Changes once again demonstrates her skill in crafting captivating tales that deeply connect with readers.
