Eros Hotel New Delhi has launched the Indian Food Promotion, “Taseer-e-Hararat“, at its Singh Sahib restaurant. The food festival, which started on October 21 and runs until October 30, focuses on traditional Indian dishes that use warming spices and ingredients suited to the winter season.
The menu offers a variety of soups and appetisers, including Gosht Ka Marg, Challi Badam Ka Shorba, Kunri Murg Tikka, Mewa Mawe the Pistey di Seekh, and Mirchon Ka Mel. Main dishes include Dahi Dhuwan Gosht, Charsi Shanwari Karhai, Chudidaar Pista Aloo, and Phoolkari Pulao.
Desserts such as Gulukand Pistey Ki Lancha and Akhrot Ka Halwa are also on offer.
Taseer-e-Hararat, at Singh Sahib, the festival celebrates the vibrant colors and flavors of regal cuisine while highlighting the health benefits of Indian spices and ingredients during the colder months. Expert chefs have meticulously curated a menu that blends aromatic spices and delicate flavors, transporting diners to the grandeur of the Rajputi era, where every meal was a lavish affair.
Executive Chef Diwas Wadhera highlighted the importance of using spices that provide warmth during colder months. “Indian spices play a crucial role in cuisine, each offering unique flavours and benefits,” he said, explaining that the menu includes ingredients like chili, pista, lavaung, lehsun, saffron, corn, akhrot, and almonds.
