Homegrown smartphone brand Lava has introduced two new budget-friendly smartphones in India — the Bold N1 and Bold N1 Pro. With these additions, Lava aims to offer an affordable yet feature-rich smartphone experience, especially for first-time users and consumers looking for value in the entry-level segment.
The Bold N1 is priced at Rs 5,999 and comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. It will be available in two colours — Radiant Black and Sparkling Ivory. The more advanced Bold N1 Pro is priced at Rs 6,799 and features 4GB of RAM along with 128GB of internal storage. It will be offered in Titanium Gold and Stealth Black.
The Bold N1 Pro will go on sale from June 2, while the Bold N1 will be available starting June 4. Both smartphones will be sold exclusively on Amazon India. Lava is also offering a Rs 100 discount on the Bold N1 Pro through a limited-time coupon code at checkout.
The Bold N1 Pro features a 6.67-inch HD+ punch-hole display with a 120Hz refresh rate, delivering smoother scrolling and visual transitions. On the back, it sports a 50-megapixel main camera, while the front houses an 8-megapixel selfie camera embedded in a punch-hole cutout. The device is powered by a UNISOC T606 octa-core processor, supported by 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB of internal storage, expandable up to 256GB via microSD card.
It runs on Android 14 and is backed by a 5,000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging. However, the box includes a 10W charger. Additional features include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, Face Unlock, and an IP54 rating for protection against dust and splashes.
The more affordable Bold N1 comes with a larger 6.75-inch HD+ display, though it lacks the high refresh rate offered by its Pro counterpart. It features a 13-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calls. This model is also powered by a UNISOC octa-core processor, paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage, which can be expanded using a microSD card.

Running on Android 14 (Go Edition), the Bold N1 is designed to offer a smooth, bloatware-free experience optimized for entry-level hardware. Like the Pro version, it packs a 5,000mAh battery with 10W charging support and includes a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, Face Unlock, IP54 dust and water resistance, and an Anonymous Call Recording feature.
With the launch of the Bold N1 series, Lava continues to strengthen its presence in India’s competitive budget smartphone market, offering practical performance and modern features at a price that doesn’t break the bank.
