Samsung has introduced its new Galaxy Book 5 series in India, featuring AI-powered capabilities and Intel Core Ultra processors. The lineup includes three models: Galaxy Book 5 Pro, Galaxy Book 5 Pro 360, and Galaxy Book 5 360, with prices starting at Rs 1,14,990. These laptops are now available for purchase through Samsung’s official website, Samsung India Smart Cafés, authorized retail stores, and other online platforms.
As part of the launch offers, customers can avail a cashback of Rs 10,000 on select bank cards. Additionally, Samsung is offering the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro at a special price of Rs 7,999 with the purchase of any Galaxy Book 5 series laptop. Buyers can also opt for no-cost EMI plans of up to 24 months, making these high-end devices more accessible.
The Galaxy Book 5 series is powered by Intel Core Ultra processors (Series 2), featuring a neural processing unit (NPU) capable of delivering up to 47 TOPS (Tera operations per second) for AI-driven tasks. These laptops support exclusive Copilot Plus PC platform AI features along with Galaxy AI capabilities such as Photo Remaster and AI Select. Photo Remaster uses AI to enhance image clarity and sharpness, while AI Select allows users to quickly search and extract information with a single click.
The Galaxy Book 5 Pro models feature Dynamic AMOLED 2X displays with 3K resolution, a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate, and Vision Booster technology, which optimizes visuals based on ambient lighting. These laptops also come equipped with quad speakers and Dolby Atmos support, providing an immersive audio experience.
Samsung has also introduced seamless multi-device connectivity with features like Phone Link, Quick Share, Multi-Control, and Second Screen functionality, allowing users to work effortlessly across multiple Samsung devices.
In terms of specifications, the Galaxy Book 5 Pro comes with a 14-inch AMOLED display, while the Galaxy Book 5 Pro 360 features a 16-inch AMOLED screen, both offering 3K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The Galaxy Book 5 360, on the other hand, has a 15-inch AMOLED display with FHD resolution and a 60Hz refresh rate. All models are powered by Intel Core Ultra 7 or Ultra 5 processors with Intel Arc graphics, and they offer up to 32GB of RAM and 1TB of storage.

Battery life varies across models, with the Galaxy Book 5 Pro featuring a 63.1Wh battery, the Galaxy Book 5 Pro 360 equipped with a 76.1Wh battery, and the Galaxy Book 5 360 packing a 68.1Wh battery. The laptops also include a 2MP Full HD (1080p) webcam for clear video calls and meetings.
