Vivo launched T4 Ultra with MediaTek Dimensity 9300+: Price, specs, more

Powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chip, Vivo T4 Ultra sports a 6.67-inch quad-curved AMOLED display and features a 3x periscopic telephoto camera

Vivo has launched its latest smartphone, the T4 Ultra, in India. The device comes with a starting price of ₹37,999 and is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chipset. It features a 6.67-inch quad-curved AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and peak brightness of up to 5,000 nits.

The T4 Ultra will be available from June 18 through Vivo’s official online store, Flipkart, and select offline retail outlets. Customers can choose from three variants: 8GB RAM with 256GB storage for Rs 37,999, 12GB + 256GB for Rs 39,999, and 12GB + 512GB for Rs 41,999. The phone is offered in two colours — Phoenix Gold and Meteor Grey.

Vivo is providing launch offers that include a Rs 3,000 bank discount on select cards, an exchange bonus of up to Rs 5,000, and no-cost EMI plans for up to nine months.

In terms of cameras, the T4 Ultra features a triple rear camera setup. This includes a 50MP primary sensor (Sony IMX921), an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP periscopic telephoto lens offering 3x optical zoom. The telephoto lens also functions as a macro camera, supporting 10x telephoto macro shots via sensor cropping. The company claims the device is the first in its segment to offer 100x HyperZoom with software-based enhancement. A 32MP front camera handles selfies and video calls.

The device runs on Android 15 with Vivo’s FunTouch OS 15 and is backed by a 5,500mAh battery that supports 90W wired fast charging. Vivo promises three years of software updates and four years of security patches.

The T4 Ultra also integrates a range of AI-powered tools such as AI Note Assist, Circle to Search, on-device call translation, AI Transcript Assist, AI Erase 2.0, AI Magic Move, and network enhancement features. With an IP64 rating for durability, the device weighs 192 grams in Meteor Grey and 193 grams in Phoenix Gold.
