Adopting healthy habits can significantly lower the risk of developing various types of cancer. Here are some essential lifestyle changes that can help reduce cancer risk:

Maintain a Healthy Diet

Eating a well-balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins can help prevent cancer. Reduce the intake of processed foods, red meats, and sugary beverages, as they have been linked to an increased risk of cancer. Foods rich in antioxidants, such as berries, nuts, and leafy greens, help combat oxidative stress, which can contribute to cancer development.

Stay Physically Active
