From this weekend to Makar Sankranti, which begins on January 14, Radisson Blu Marina Hotel at Connaught Place will organize a delicious spread of Bengali food items that will tickle the taste buds.
From delectable meat dishes to popular Bengali sweets, the menu will leave visitors with a finger licking experience.
“A specially curated menu with dishes that give your taste buds a treat! An incredible spread that’s utterly delicious, flavourful, and succulent,” the invite says.
The cost for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian spread is Rs 1699.
In the vegetarian menu, there will be Gondhoraj Ghol (Kaffir lime flavoured yoghurt drink), Jaljira Shorbot (Jaljeera drink), Phuluri (Masoor Dal fritters), Kaju Kismish Pulao (Pulao with cashew and raisins) and Lau Ghonto (Bottle Goard stir fry).
The non-vegetarian spread is a long and exhaustive one. It will include, Chingri Malai Curry (Prawn in Coconut cream), Murshidabadi Murgir Jhol (Murshidabad style chicken curry), Rui Macher Kalia (Rohu fish curry), Bekti Paturi (Snapper fish marinated in thick mustard gravy and wrapped in banana leaves), Kochi Pathar Jhol(Bengal goat curry) and Dimer Devil (egg and mutton cutlets).
In the dessert corner, popular Mishti doi (curd sweetened with jaggery) along with Roshogolla will grace the spread.
